ZHR Digital is committed to making our website and our services accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We want every visitor, client, and partner to be able to find information, request a quote or consultation, and work with us on equal terms. This statement explains what we do, where we still have work to do, and how to reach us if you need help.
Our commitment and standard
We aim for our website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, which is the level referred to by Ontario’s accessibility rules under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA). We treat accessibility as an ongoing effort. We have not yet had the website independently audited, and we do not claim that every page is fully conformant.
What we do
- Use clear heading structure, plain language, and descriptive link text on our pages.
- Add alternative text to meaningful images, and avoid putting essential text inside images.
- Choose colours and text sizes with enough contrast, and make sure text can be enlarged in the browser.
- Label the fields on our contact, quote, and consultation forms and make them usable with a keyboard.
- Aim to provide captions or transcripts for the videos we publish.
- Check new pages and updates for accessibility issues before and after we publish them, and fix problems we find.
Known limitations
Some parts of the website are not yet fully accessible:
- Third-party tools. Our online booking calendar (Calendly), embedded YouTube videos, WhatsApp links, popups, and some form and survey tools are provided by other companies. We do not fully control their accessibility.
- Older content. Some older pages, images, blog posts, and downloadable files may be missing alternative text, captions, or accessible formatting. We are reviewing and improving them.
- Page layouts. Some design elements, such as sliders, carousels, and animated sections, may be difficult to use with a keyboard or screen reader.
If you cannot use any part of the website, please contact us and we will help you another way, for example by taking your request by phone or email or booking a call for you.
Ask for help or another format
You can ask us for information in an accessible format, with communication supports, or by a different method. We will work with you to provide it as soon as practicable and in a timeframe that suits you. Examples include a plain-text or large-print version of a document, a phone or video call instead of a form, or help completing a quote request.

Meeting with us
You are welcome to meet us by phone, by video, or in person at our Scarborough office. If you plan to visit and have access needs, or if you will bring a support person or service animal, please tell us in advance so we can make arrangements. Support persons and service animals are welcome. If a meeting in person is not suitable, we will offer another way to meet.
Feedback
Tell us if you find an accessibility barrier on our website, in our communications, or when working with our team. You can give feedback in person, by phone, by email, or by mail using the contact details above. Please tell us the page or service involved, what the problem is, and how you would like us to reply. We aim to acknowledge feedback within 5 business days and to respond with the action we will take, or an alternative way to help you, as soon as we can. If you wish, your feedback can be kept confidential.

Our website is built on WordPress. It is designed to work with current versions of common browsers and with assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, and voice control. Accessibility may vary by browser, device, and assistive technology.
